The Annual Wine & Cheese is MLSC's BIGGEST social event of the year so you don't want to miss it!! Last year we had 83 people attend -- will we get even MORE folks this year??? We’ll be having this event at the venue of the last two years -- the Clubhouse at Valley Forge Towers, Valley Forge, PA, thanks to residents Joe Joyce and Joslyn Ewart.
Meet new friends as well as renew old friendships while enjoying a fabulous buffet of delicious hors d'oeuvres and wine/beer/soda. And please note: Because we’re holding this on a Saturday, there’s no conflict with football.
The cost is $20 for members, $30 for non-members payable at the door (please be SURE to bring EXACT CASH!!!). This is a REALLY good deal since you undoubtedly won't need to eat any dinner!! And we even give you a “sweet” at the end for a dessert!!
You don't need to pay in advance, but you DO need to make a reservation by FRIDAY, November 3rd to Sally Hilderbrand, via email at shilderbrand2@verizon.net or 610-489-4718. If you don't get a reply to your email, Sally didn't get it, so note this! And, reservations are an ABSOLUTE MUST!!!
DIRECTIONS to the Clubhouse at Valley Forge Towers: VF Towers is located at the Rt. 23 exit of Rt. 422. If coming from the Main Line/Center City/King of Prussia area, make a RIGHT at the end of the Rt. 23 exit ramp.
(If coming from Collegeville/Pottstown direction, make a LEFT at the end of the ramp. You then need to proceed through the light for the exit ramp for folks coming in the opposite direction.) At the next light, turn LEFT into Valley Forge Towers. The Clubhouse is on your RIGHT in a short distance. There is plenty of parking beyond the clubhouse on your left – you just may have to walk a little. (If walking is a problem, come with someone and have them drop you off at the door!)
